If you do not want the Student Health Insurance Plan, you must decline or opt-out of coverage by submitting a waiver. You may only opt-out of coverage during the following Waiver Periods:
Fall: 07/18/2025 - 09/16/2025
Spring: 11/10/2025 - 03/08/2026
Summer: 05/01/2026 - 07/01/2026
The Spring waiver deadline ended 03/08/2026. The online waiver system can no longer accept new waiver requests.
